Kathy Rogers
Chairperson
Kathy has almost 40 years experience in the technology field, mostly in secondary and higher education. She has taught for the City Colleges of Chicago and Saint Xavier University. She has degrees in Management Information Systems and Education. She has served on Saint Xavier University's Alumni Board, Saint Alexander's Women's Club, Saint Alexander's School Advisory Council, and many committees.
SWADDLE has become her passion and making sure every "Litle End" is covered in clean, dry diapers is her mission.
Paul Hansen
Treasurer
Paul is a business owner, operating a chain of laundromats in the southwest side of Chicago - a business he has been involved in for the last 30 years. Currently he is the President of the Illinois Coin Laundry Association. He also has worked as an auditor and consultant for a national accounting firm and is a CPA. A Palos Heights native for most of his life, his wife and he have 3 children who are involved in the St. Alexander's Life Teen group and Pro Labore Dei.
Candace Ramirez
Secretary
Candace was born and raised in the south side suburbs of Chicago. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Studies, a Masters of Applied Computer Studies and a Masters of Business Administration all from Saint Xavier University. She has held the positions of Secretary, Vice President and President of the Saint Xavier University Alumni board, is a member of the Saint Xavier University Career Advisory Board and leads the Professional Latino Allstate Network Community Service Committee. Candace has been employed with Allstate Insurance Company as a Senior Marketing Consultant for the past 7 years. She is proud to be part of SWADDLE!
Jenn Wolf
Jenn grew up in the south suburbs of Chicago and did her undergraduate work at Bradley University in Peoria and the University of Illinois at Chicago where she graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice. She continued on to get her law degree from Tulane University in New Orleans. She returned to her home town where she started her family and works as a contracted attorney.
When her oldest son, Rhys, passed away in 2013 Jenn and her family wanted to explore ways to keep his memory and spirit alive. Jenn was aware of the important need SWADDLE provided in her local community and through SWADDLE she found a willing and compassionate partner.

After organizing multiple drives in her son’s memory, Jenn was honored to join the board in 2018. Jenn and her family are proud of the impact that Rhys is still making through Jenn's work with this wonderful organization.
